Final Destination Pixelation was a sprite comic about the classic Mega Man Robot Masters and the various weird adventures and situations that they'd often find themselves in, if not outright making the trouble for themselves. It also regularly featured the authors as cast members themselves. It wass one of the major inspirations for my own sprite comics (which, unlike FDP, are really gone). Unfortunately, the domain disappeared one day a few years back, but as they say, the internet is forever.

FDP was slightly different from most sprite comics, and was pretty good for a few reasons. For one, it had a massive set of cast members to choose from, so even with the creative twists applied to their personalities, they were varied enough to keep things interesting. Whenever characters made a frequent appearance, they usually introduced a new aspect about themselves, providing some decent character development. Second, the comic strip wasn't formatted like a typical webcomic; instead, a single page was an entire story arc in itself. This is why their update schedule was so slow. Well, that was the reason at first.

I can only assume this comic was started when the authors were still in middle/high school. Progress was steady for a while, but then as the authors got older, life piled on the responsibilities and there's less time at the end of the day for fun things like sprite comics. That's pretty much the usual fare, with the other half of the time being internal drama -- though I do recall there being plenty of that among the FDP staff at one point.

Despite a strong following and hosting from a popular megaman website, the comic grinded to a halt and the website as a whole recieved its last update on May 2, 2011. The domain expired sometime after 2013. If the site is still up and the resources are still available somewhere, lord knows where they are.

I was able to retrive these few comics from the earlier FDP website at Freewebs, which is still up right now. Had it not been, I would never have been able to retrieve any of these. Seriously, Archive.org dropped the ball there. Then again, I can't blame anyone else for not making a backup more than I can blame myself. I was a regular visitor even before they stopped updating, so I could just as well have done it.

Anways, I can at least say I am doing my part to preserve this comic by giving it a new page here. I chose Neocities not for its reliability, but for its versatility. If it ever goes down, I can always take the HTML and go elsewhere.
